Returns
1. Right to return
As a customer, you have the right to return a purchase within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason. This is the statutory right of withdrawal.
2. Exceptions — no returns possible
The following products CANNOT be returned:

Personalized or custom-made jewelry (e.g., with name, initials, date of birth, or specific color/material choice);

Jewelry whose packaging has been opened after delivery for hygienic reasons (such as earrings).

3. Conditions for return
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product is unused and undamaged;

The product is in its original packaging;

The return notification was made within 14 days of receiving the order.
4. Registering a return
Follow the steps below to register a return:

Send an email to contact@byninte.com with the subject 'Return - [your order number]';

Include your name, order number, and reason for return in the email;

ByNinte will contact you within 2 business days with further instructions.
DO NOT return the product without contacting us first.
5. Return costs
The costs for returning the product are borne by the customer. ByNinte does not reimburse return costs, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.
We advise sending the package by registered mail or with track & trace. ByNinte is not liable for lost return shipments.
6. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will receive a notification regarding the approval of the return.
Upon approval, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original order. The refund will take place within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.
7. Defective or incorrect products
Have you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via contact@byninte.com, with a photo of the product and your order number. In this case, the return costs will be borne by ByNinte, and the product will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
